WSPM: Paying Your Charges
Use Your allpay Payment Card
You can pay your factoring charges by using your allpay payment card at your local Post Office or at a Pay Point, or online via the allpay secure website or on your phone via the allpay app available from the Apple Appstore and Google Play. Payment must be by Debit Card. Please contact the offce if you need a new allpay card and we will arrange to have one sent out to you.

Use Online Banking to Pay Your Factoring Charges
You can pay your factoring charges from your bank account using online banking. You can also spread the cost of your factoring charges by setting up a regular standing order payment with your bank. If setting up a standing order, charges should be paid in advance as invoices are due for payment in full within 2 weeks of receipt. When making payments through your bank, you must include the 4 digit customer account reference from your invoice, otherwise the payment may be held in our suspense account.

Telephone Payments
Payments can be made over the telephone using your Debit Card. To make a payment please contact us during office hours on 0141 959 3145. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit card payments using this method.
Direct Debit
We are pleased to advise customers that WSPM now has a direct debit facility in place. Customers wishing to use this payment method should contact Anne Marie at our office. Anne Marie will be happy to discuss and to set this up for you.
