How We Performed
In our most recent satisfaction survey carried out in March 2020, using the responses required of our parent company by the Scottish Housing Regulator:-
- 51% of those who responded said they were very satisfied with our service
- 21% said they were said they were satisfied
- 14% said they were neither satisfied or dissatisfied
- 10% said they were dissatisfied and
- 4% said they were very dissatisfied.
Some of the areas of dissatisfaction raised were to do with Glasgow City Council services and therefore outwith the control of WS Property Management Ltd.
