How to Apply
To apply to Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association for a house you must first complete and submit our Housing Application Form. To assist you to complete the form we have a helpful guide. If you are applying for medical reasons you must also complete a medical assessment form. If you are applying for what we describe as a social reason, for example if you are suffering harassment or you provide support to a relative, you should complete a social assessment form.

If you are having difficulty completing and application form fill in as much of it as you can then call the office and ask for an appointment at the Allocations Surgery.
These run every alternate Tuesday and Thursday morning and we can help with the form filling and answer any questions you may have. Remember and bring along your form and any supporting documents to your appointment. Please call for an appointment.
What happens next?
Any property offered will be on the basis of the information you put down on your form. However this does not guarantee that you will be allocated a property, as we have far more demand than available homes for let.
Vacant properties are allocated using an open list system and on a points basis to make sure that those in the most housing need are given priority. This means that your Housing Application Form will be assessed and you will be awarded points based on your circumstances.
